What I have seen done elsewhere is you leave the existing fleet with their existing blinds and order new buses with LED. Eventually the whole fleet will be converted.

On the subject of blinds, why is the B15's destination advertised as 'Horn Park' when the spider maps clearly show that area as being Lee (Lee Station)? I would have thought 'Lee, Horn Park' would make more sense.

It is on the Lee border, so that might be where you're getting confused

At a stretch I suppose TfL could create a spider map for the area to cover a part of Westhorne Avenue as well, and rope in the 160 as serving the area (after all, apparently the 122 serves Eltham and is on maps as far down as Kidbrooke Lane). Tbh I think the problem is TfL are just very inconsistent - and that applies to both blinds and spider maps

No buses would ever run because 57 people would be arguing in the garage about which was the nicest bus to run on each route and there would be no blind information on the buses because there'd be a civil war every day between different factions as to what technology should be used. So no, not a good idea for the Forum to be running anything.

In all seriousness, I agree with you that I'd rather this forum didn't run any transport at all apart from those who already work for companies and that includes me because it would be utter carnage.

I can imagine the 51 coming out of the garage, with half of the forum latching onto the front of the bus with hammers in one hand and LED blinds in the other

This gives me ideas... ...such as ban on withdrawing OmniCitys until they're all at least 13 years old
