District line correct; Vowel stations correct; 4-wheel steer trolleybus correct. Other answers to follow in new year. In haste, Roofbox.

Answer time 1. Vehicles concerned were the T-type Clubmobiles used by the American Red Cross. They showed just 'A R C' registrations at front (and rear?), no doubt by special dispensation. (RM test rigs were not buses - they operated on trade plates) 2. There are several answers to this! I was thinking of new Overground operation, where you can travel from Woodgrange Park to Crouch Hill on a Zone 3 ticket. (No doubt some adjustment to the zones will be made to prevent this. Same thing occurred with N London Line some years ago). Other 'generous' routes are: Lewisham (DLR) to Pudding Mill Lane (Zone 2) Beckton (DLR) to King George V via Canning Tn (all Zone 3 but really a bus journey) Leytonstone to Snaresbrook via Hainault (all zone 4 - for the really sad!) Hackney Wick to Upper Holloway (Zone 2) and I suppose, any journey across Zone 1. 3 5 & 6 dealt with. 4. Rear-facing seats
