Get off either 47/N199 at London Bridge walk down Tooley Street and catch same bus at Boss Street. Although this can only been done until June 2018 😁

R7 at Bickley Aquila and Orpington High Street. The question is, though, why you would want to?

R7 at Bickley Aquila and Orpington High Street. The question is, though, why you would want to? To be honest that question applies to every single example quoted! I wish I'd never mentioned the idea in the first place.

R7 at Bickley Aquila and Orpington High Street. The question is, though, why you would want to? More fun would be off at Bromley High School and back on at Barfield Road (or the other way around). Not sure if the 5s/10s have been mentioned but it must be quicker to walk between Pratts Bottom and Green Street Green rather than go all the way around on the bus?

I’d have thought so, but it doesn’t stop people doing it!

With the old P3 routing (now in essence the 343) one could get off the bus in the Nunhead area, cross the road and wait for the same bus to arrive back within the next few minutes, dependent on where you get off. This was because back then the P3 would go from Peckham to Nunhead them back through Peckham to London Bridge on the same journey, doing the same routing in reverse with that Nunhead loop.
I remember getting caught out on it the first time I ever run on the route on one of my childhood days of riding the buses in uncharted areas... uncharted areas for me being any place east of the A23.

154- one can beat the bus along the Roundshaw section by walking along the 157 routing via Mellows Park (or taking the 157 itself ). You might need to run but if you’re a tall genetic freak like me you can walk in in 4 mins

191 probably takes the award here . You could get off outside Ponders End Tesco, walk up (or get a 121 or 279) to stop Oatlands Road and even get a earlier 191 service and vice versa. Save yourself a good 40 or so mins.

There are a lot of Suggestions for my (not-so-anymore) beloved 367. The timetable is very, very loose so most of these will not be a problem. The frequency is every 25 minutes so these will be reliable as well. 1.The most obvious one is if going to Bromley to change at East Croydon for the 119 (It saves a good 50 mins) 2. The Multiple Interchanges with the Tramlink all around the route These are; West Croydon/East Croydon/Addiscombe/Blackhorse Lane - Elmers End/Beckenham, NOTE: If alighting at Blackhorse lane you will have to walk a bit fast to get the 367 from the Parkview Road Stop. 3. The 289 from Addiscombe - Elmers End where you'll miss a good 20 mins of the route 4. The 162 is faster from Beckenham to Bromley and lest we forget 227. 5. The 358 from Elmers End Green will save you 20 mins as well. Thus the 367 is now USELESS thanks to Abellio which is why I want it to return to a normal service at a different company. Rant Over.

Why has Abellio done this? How would another operator beat the tram or some of the others you mention?

Shame the Metrobus Esteems aren’t on it the route - that’s my only gripe lol. Haven’t rode it under Abellio so cant comment but it was a lovely route under Metrobus.
