Hello
As some of you may know, I was looking to host a Pointless quiz to gain a bit of experience in quizzing - I know it's not long after the December quiz but again this is acting as a practice quiz for me too so starting earlier in the year gets some feedback and ideas early on. I've gone for a mix of general questions, some area specific ones (but on different sides of London for fairness) and some involving other modes of travel as well. I've kept the number low at ten questions.
So, here goes, please answer by PM to me and the closing date is at 23:59 on Weds 31st January
1: A route number which entirely runs within the London Borough of Newham.
2: A bus route which runs (all or partially) along the Old Kent Road.
3: A bus route with 'Estate' as part of a terminus name.
4: Name an Arriva London garage.
5: A route number which entirely runs within the London Borough of Hillingdon.
6: A rail station (any - Network Rail, Underground, TfL Rail, DLR, Overground) where the station name is made of three words.
7: A bus route which links/parallels at least three adjacent Underground stations - on the same line - in a row.
8: Name a Underground, TfL Rail or Overground station in Zones 7, 8 or 9.
9: Name a type of Leyland bus. This can include any combination of bus/coach type chassis or integral vehicle.
10: Name a 3## series route which enters Zone 1 at any part of it's route (to be extra, extra clear between 300 and 399). Zone 1 being defined as a Central area route which serves a tube station in Zone 1, or on the border of Zones 1 & 2.
Good luck
