Bow Church 25's regularly blocking up Bow Road causing tailbacks waiting for Drivers to turn up on either side , it's not uncommon to see 5 buses parked up hazards on eastbound from the bus stop all the way to Fairfield Road traffic lights making it nigh on impossible for other buses to serve the stop .

A key point needs making here. Whilst multiple locations may be less than desirable, all operators need to have bus driver changes at the most convenient point closest to garage. The further away they move the more expensive bids will become and TfL would have less money to spend and more cuts to make. Now that drivers don't carry cash, do they still have to visit the garage before taking over a bus? And afterwards too, or can they just go straight home? Not every route signs on/off at garage. You have 38's sign on/off at Mildmay Park, 19's sign on/off at Finsbury Park, Isledon Rd

38's when it was in the Narrow Way, Hackney with Bendy Bus was a nightmare. The road regularly went to a standstill because of this, especially if two 38's in a row had changeover.

Edgware (Stop E) Route 186
I my opinion it should be done at Mill Hill Broadway. The reason being is that Stop E is home to Routes starting there and people have to walk off the pavement to get their bus.

But the 186 operates from Edgware and it’s easier to do change overs from Edgware than it is Mill Hill.

Now why on earth would they move the changeovers to Mill Hill Broadway when Edgware is right outside the garage? They're not going to burn money on ferrying drivers when the route literally passes the garage.

Maybe there will be room for the 186 to return to HD when the H12 goes?

Back when HD last ran the 186, changeovers were done at Harrow Bus Station which used to block the stop which served four other busy routes (140, 182, 258 & 340). Other buses had to stop behind it which also blocked the stop behind it as well. So I for one ain’t that keen for it to return to HD 🤞

I used travel a lot between there and Harrow Weald in my sixth form and uni days and I would often encounter a 186 that would arrive and change drivers with the finishing driver then normally joining me on the same bus as I would get on for the trip towards HD carrying his money tray

One of the worst places (for drivers at least) must be Rippleside Cemetery for drivers on the 368, who have a pretty horrible walk from DX up to the changeover point

Wayyyyy more convenient than having it say Barking Town Centre where Go Ahead used to change.
