I wish all the people who have been injured a speedy recovery.
For anyone who is interested what bus was involved in the accident, it was 4273 (GN64DXP).

I got caught in the chaos from this - no red TfL buses at Bluewater for nearly 2 hours, 477s cancelled, eventually a 65reg T came in empty, presumably from DT, and the driver told the waiting crowd that he'd spent 2 and a half hours making the journey from Dartford! Took me 4 hours, in the end, to get home (in Bermondsey) from there! Needless to say, I wish everyone involved a speedy recovery.

I'm not surprised as the Dartford Crossing was down so as usual everything is curtailed away from Bluewater, I heard from a few people it was taking over an hour + to get in and out of the area in ferry vehicles. I checked the LVF and not 1 96 was going to Bluewater.

Apparently it was the heavy rain and flash flooding that caused all the delays rather than the bus accident itself, although flooding is apparently why the bus was off route in Hythe Street?
No serious injuries reported.

I checked the LVF and not 1 96 was going to Bluewater. Yeah not one red bus at all was reaching Bluewater the entire time I was waiting there. I got off the 700 (this was a great day to go on a trip to Kent!) at about 6ish, escaped on an X80 (of all routes!) around 8, once it had turned up. This was about the same time the T came in. At that point the Dartford Crossing was flowing relatively well, northbound at least. The bus in question was T315, didn't check the running number, but I didn't fancy being part of a crowd of about 100 people squashing myself onto a bus to spend 2 hours navigating Dartford.
