For those who might be interested TfL have updated their spreadsheet (link below) with the entries and exits at Tube stations to cover last year (2017 tab on the spreadsheet). tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/underground-services-performanceBizarrely, following the gateline layout changes, Walthamstow Central has apparently lost 13m pass jnys a year. Do 13m jnys really start / end on the Chingford Line??? The numbers really do not look right at all.

There must be some sort of error, that'd mean stations like Bermondsey, Turnpike Lane & even Pimlico are more used than Walthamstow Central for the Victoria Line.

The gateline at WWCS used to be at the top of the escalators meaning everyone from the WAGN/One/Overground line went through it alongside those who entered from the street. Now the gates at the top of the escalators have gone with gates at the perimeter of the station and the interchange flow between the Chingford Line and tube is inside. The drop in the entry/exit total though is very high and just feels wrong given the numbers using the station.

Had a look at my local station, Brixton, and most of the figures have slightly decreased from 2016. The only one that bucked the trend was the exit weekday figure which was marginally higher than 2016. The annual entry/exit figure for Brixton has decreased by roughly 620,000 from 33.46m to 32.84m.
