Abosoloutely agree. TFL don't seem to realise that a bus station should provide easy interchange between all routes. There's no point having a bus station if not all the routes serve it. Pulling the 97 and 357 out of the bus staion just created more confusion for passengers. If you're in Walthamstow and want to head up to Bell Corner, do you wait in the bus station for a 34, 215 or 275 or do you walk to Hoe Street in the hope a 97 or 357 will come first. I can see TFL reducing the number of buses through the town centre at peak hours; PVR reductions, merging/shortening routes and quite possibly withdrawal of the 357. With the disastrous removal of the alighting point on Selborne Road oustide Walthamstow Central, I think the northbound 97 and 357 outside the station should become a new alighting point. Whenever I have used buses in Walthamstow, the stop on Selborne Road always been more popular than the stop in the bus staion itself. Once the alighting point on Selborne Road is removed, this will be catastrophic for the 212 and 275 which will no longer have a stop for Walthamstow Central station. In short, this whole situation is an absoloute farce and I wouldn't be surprised if TFL repeat this nasty trick elsewhere WC was one of the best stations in London, not only design but passenger interchange. Slowly, slowly is has lost the latter. Splitting 212/275 at first was an odd move, cant remember the reasoning, but I think people were Ok with that. Then the swapping of W11/357 was the moment I thought bus passengers not number one priority anymore. A senseless move. The widening of the bus station exit was actually the only positive, but that was earmarked to happen ever since the bus station opened. Taking out the 357/97 was a council led initiative for many years and mini Holland proved the opportunity to get it through. I did not believe that the station entrance/alighting point would be taken out, despite being told, but that would be another blow. The council also wanted to take out the eastbound bus land on Selborne road between the Mall entrance and bus station but they forgot to state the removal of the bus lane on their consultation and instead kept it and reduced the width of the westbound cycle lane. Oh yeah, you cant sit down when you for a bus too...

When I first read this I was wondering why they could not simply say that they swapped bus stop C and D buses over. Then I spotted that 230 was not detailed but having gone to WC the 230 to Wood Green has also moved to serve bus stop D, therefore they could have simply said the buses have swapped over.
Additionally, on that first Saturday there was no real presence at the stops to tell people of the changes and I saw some people miss buses.
WC is a mess by the way with the scaffolding. What is that all about, there is a lack of information on the works or lack of.

Brixton is also a mess especially with the stops southbound. I don't know why one of the Brixton Station bus stops had to be removed, just another inconvenience to the GP and I assume their thinking was that passengers could then fit into other bus stops, but how's that possible when pretty much all bus stops around the Brixton Station entrance seem to be very busy for a good chunk of the day? And there's even buses that skip the station entrance as a whole, what another inconvenience.

The original stop outside Iceland was removed to allow the parking space outside Boots to move there instead and keep all buses between KFC & Boots rather than overlapping the entrance of the market. Personally, that was a good one What wasn’t great was removing the southbound Tulse Hill & Herne Hill routes from stopping at Brixton Station over a year ago reducing interchange between bus to bus and tube to bus. This was done to aid social distancing however this reasoning is extremely hollow and contradictory as the stop now used by people had even less room for social distancing and blocks the pavement for people who are merely trying to walk past

The 3, 415 and 432 at least stop with all the routes that finish in Brixton/go on Kennington Lane right before the station. 2/196 only have same stop interchange towards Streatham with the 333
