Passengers advised to get local bus routes to continue their journeys, like the 10, 23 and 25 ... oh wait AND at peak Christmas shopping time on Oxford Street, ah but yes good old Lizzy will soak up the crowds ...

You beat me to it. "Just catch route 25 ..... oh hang on a minute". A bit like TfL Bus Alerts advising people today that because of a demonstration at Victoria buses on route 436 (amongst others) would be diverted. Only 2 years behind the times. I do wonder if TfL have ever updated any internal documentation that the twitter team uses. They keep making mistakes like this - I assume they are still using old TfL bus maps as well.

Surprised they didn't mention that the 82 was on diversion too ...

[Going OT] The TfL Bus Alerts twitter account has become very unresponsive lately. Maybe another backward engagement step

Or the 73 - that's the one that catches a surprising number out, even on this forum!

It will impact the Circle and H&C significantly

I heard it on the BBC news a few days ago, although information about it has been quiet.
