Is any kind of transport operating during Christmas apart from taxis and ubers? Never really cared to know before.
Oxford Tube usually operates an hourly service on Christmas Day, from early morning until early evening. On Christmas Day there is a £5 single fare for travel between any two of its London stops (including Hillingdon Station).
National Express are also operating a number of services on Christmas Day, including Victoria to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, and this year Green Line 757 (Luton-London Victoria) and Reading RailAir will have a Christmas Day service.
First Berkshire route 7 operates between Heathrow Airport and Slough Town Centre on Christmas Day.
Do anyone know which routes will work overnight on new year eve's night? I can't find anywhere on TfL or on this forum too!
Hope someone will know and let us know. You know what TfL is like always leave last minutes before we all know which routes will be running for one night only on new year's eve night.
I've not seen any info at all. The only thing you can find is where there is engineering works. I suspect we will have a repeat of last year's shambles when info trickled out over the period of weeks and they muddled up the current and previous years' info.
