Don’t think anyone has mentioned this but since the new timetable change on 9/12, the parliamentary service that previously ran to London Paddington is now diverted at Greenford junction to terminate at West Ealing due to HS2 track work. The Mon-Fri daily service is as follows:
11:02 South Ruislip-West Ealing non-stop 11:47 West Ealing-High Wycombe non-stop

I wonder how many people will jump on at West Ealing assuming it is the Greenford Shuttle, and end up in High Wycombe?

Especially considering the GWR 165 shuttle stops right in front on the same platform!

I went to West Ealing today to see the Chiltern service. Upon arrival after the passengers had alighted (none) the unit was locked shut. I did have to stop branch shuttle passengers boarding before they were locked. The GWR 165 unit shuttle arrived and departed within 5 minutes. About 10 minutes before departure the Chiltern 165 was unlocked. It departed on time non-stop to High Wycombe with 2 intended passengers aboard.
