What is TfL's response to this? What will they doing about the 6, 9 and 87?

What will they do about the 6, 9 and 87? Trafalgar Square [somewhere] I'd say. Possibly got the RV1 stand but can't see where else they could go.

What is TfL's response to this? What will they doing about the 6, 9 and 87? Page 8 mentions a bus/taxi only area. Could have some standing capacity there. Only need space for 6 buses.

What is TfL's response to this? What will they doing about the 6, 9 and 87? Not to mention the 172 which has been proposed to terminate at Aldwych. I wouldn't be surprised if it's cut back even further to Waterloo (The Old Vic) or even Elephant & Castle with the 171.

I’m still wondering how they going to squeeze in the 45, 100 & 171 at Elephant when only the 388 is moving out.

But your point still stands for the other two routes however.

The 100 was cut to London Wall the same time the 388 was extended to Elephant & Castle, (at the time) the reason being was to increase capacity from St Paul's to the Elephant. Funny how things change in a couple years vjaska if you haven't been up to the stands there recently, the new build flats on Gaunt Street already have bus stands in front of them. Fair enough it's to compensate for a few spaces lost to pedestrianising the most southern bit of Southwark Bridge Road, but it alludes to more stands being built on or around Gaunt Street in the future.

If the 172 is cut back any further it'll disappear up its own exhaust pipe, I thought it was going to use the current RV1 stand? Holborn would be a short but useful extension for the 87 if there's stand space, presumably the 19 will take the current 171 stand? Overall I like the idea though, should make for a far more pleasant environment.

It’s not fully clear to me - is the south side of the D (current one way westbound) going to be fully pedestrianised?
I think the area will be a downright mess during construction (and maybe afterwards as well!!)
