I'd assume they'd have to type train you on the buses, because as general hand you will potentially drive replacement bus to wherever it's needed and get the 'broken' but yet drivable bus back to the garage. Cleaning up the sick is one of them, and probably daily occurrence. I am not gonna lie, general hand does some crappy jobs but can potentially be easier than being a bus driver, of course pay is less but worth it because less stress. But I just shared what I know lol.
