Nice ideas but I just don't think there is enough track capacity to accommodate such services. I did wonder about extending LO, preferably the service to and from the Surrey Quays direction, from Clapham Junction in a loop via Twickenham and Brentford to give a cross south London service but again probably not enough capacity. Couldn't the capacity problem for your idea be solved by having these instead of the South West metro services to Waterloo though? Possibly but I don't think any reduction of trains to and from Waterloo would go down very well.

Continue the LO loop trains to Waterloo, then return as a loop service but go like current LO trains go towards Surrey Quays Keeps a direct service to Waterloo meaning SWR loop services can be withdrawn or cut back
