I am probably being a bit of a sceptical old so and so but seeing lots of 100% score for the station memory game online / social media makes me wonder if some cheating takes place. There are some very obscure stations on the outer ends of lines that really would trip up some people. They are only cheating themselves though - it's supposed to be a memory exercise, if you are cheating you are not getting the mental benefit.

For me I find the DLR around Canary Wharf to mess me up a little. However what would make the game harder is to say 'what station comes after station X'. Here you can enter any station for example you still get a Point for just stating Poplar

I also got 100.2%. I did it systematically, line by line alphabetically except that I did the DLR last because I knew that was probably my weakest line. I initially got 100% until I realized that I missed Honor Oak Park on the Overground! I've also noticed they're quite lenient with spelling, they allow one misspelt letter per station Yes I found that too. I spelt it as ‘honour’ which it accepted. I had also missed off the ‘s’ when I did Devons Road

I had 2 stations left on the Bakerloo line that I couldn't figure out, 1 on the H&C line, and 4 from the DLR. But yeah, cheating on this game is a little low. Maybe try memorise things better

It helps having travelling the entire TfL network for your memory. I didn’t cheat. If National rail services were included I would certainly struggle, definitely in the south east (the Beckenhams and the Sydenhams…)

I think what would be a good idea is a quiz on naming all the bus route destinations in London. This requires a lot more effort than just getting the tube map on your phone. Whether the general public would want to play or not is a different matter. I can say that I know where every bus goes however that is because over a few years I have visited pretty much everywhere in London

Naming stations with National Rail must be the hardest, so many irrelevant random ones in South London especially. I just found out recently that Lower Sydenham has a station despite passing through there countless times over the years and that New Beckenham is one too!!

I'd certainly be up for trying a National Rail one and Tram services included version, probably would struggle then.

I'd struggle with national rail too but more so if the task was to name each station on each line, like I'd struggle to work out which stations in south and southeast London are on the Thameslink and which aren't. A lot of them also share with southern and southeastern services

I don't think anyone cheated HOWEVER I cannot recall anyone declaring a score <100%! So here goes: "Dagenham East" got me to 90% and I called it a day. Achilles Heel? DLR of course (31/45) and in part LO (what is the blimmin' name that goes with Barnsbury?) In my defence I did spell Honor Oak Park and Carpenders Park correctly - all good fun but cannot bring myself to look at a LU/LO/DLR map yet...
