I feel like branding it as ‘Greenline Local’ or something similar would’ve been much better in terms of marketing, Superloop sounds like they asked Elon to copy his homework but change it up a bit.
While it’s not 100% perfect. I do think the current routes more or less form a strong base should any further expansion be looked upon. Yet again unfortunately the lack of a link across Thames in SE London is overlooked, I do think both the Royal Wharf and Bexleyheath routes should have an interchange with each other, most likely at North Greenwich.

Interestingly the route that terminates at the Royal Docks will probably only be a stone's throw from the Silvertown Tunnel so I'm very surprised that there was no intention to provide any connection.

The Superloop name could be better, maybe Ring-link or Ring Line or Loop-link.
Aside from that, the proposed network is to buses what the Overground is to suburban railways in London, the overground of the 2020s.
I have a couple of suggestions though, they could link Thamesmead by including the 401 or 229, they could also resurrect the X53 as a radial link, I think they should also extend the X239 (hopefully it’ll be the X108 by the time the tunnel opens) to Bromley so that it links up with the main network, maybe have overlapping sections
Orbital routes: X229: Thamesmead to Bromley X269: Bexleyheath to Croydon X119: Bromley to Sutton X26: Croydon to Heathrow X140: Kingston to Harrow Hayes & Harlington to Arnos Grove North Finchley to Royal Docks
Radial routes: X53: Thamesmead to Elephant & Castle X108: Bromley to Canary Wharf X68: West Croydon to Russell Square 607: Uxbridge to White City X18: Harrow to Euston
Glad to eee that the X68’s future is secure though, the X68 could run Mon to Fri off peak.

Bet all these Superloop routes will use EVs!
Second bet is the Walthamstow - Newham superloop being numbered as the X69!
What have they done and continuing to do to our buses!

Don't agree with your last three orbital proposals I'm afraid. Too long and demand is probably going to be local.

Ah wonderful, another consultation that the Mayor’s office can ignore.

I can’t see many people travelling end to end on any of these routes, you can still meet local demand, if this the aim to get people using public transport then I think we have to be a bit more radical with this proposed network, I’d even suggest that Thamesmead to Croydon should be one route, with the X26 extended to Bromley to create two overlapping routes south of London

It's a shame Orpington isn't getting an express route, I think a route between Orpington and Croydon would be good. With your Kingston to Harrow route, I'm assuming you're still serving Heathrow Central? I don't see what demand there would be for another Heathrow route from Kingston, unless I'm wrong but I don't think the X26 is packed and surely a frequency increase would solve that problem

An X18 isn't needed as most of its route parallels the Bakerloo Line / London Overground.

The 18 has other routes along its line of route for partial support, so therefore I don't think there's much need for an X18.

If the 18 needs helping out, a frequency increase would be a better way of doing it rather than reducing the frequency and overlaying a limited stop service. The 18 has a lot of comings-and-goings and short distance riders and works well as a high-frequency all-stops service.

The 18 has other routes along its line of route for partial support, so therefore I don't think there's much need for an X18. But there are parts where the 18 is mostly by itself and could do with support from another route and I think a express route could be what’s needed to support the 18. I believe that the 18 needs support from another route like an express route to help it out particularly between Wembley Triangle and Baker Street where it’s largely unsupported. Yeah there’s the 28, 36, 220, 260 and 266 but I believe the 18 needs something else to help alongside it.

But even when it had its old frequencies it struggled and had people left behind. I believe an express route x18 could be used alongside the 18 to scoop up passengers left behind and assist the 18.
