For the most part operators want a bus that does the job reliably and effectively. Looks are subjective also, so it's a pointless metric to work off. Design metric is best focused on accessibility and effectiveness. |

I understand the point about its range and reliability, in which case I kind of understand why the operator bought it. But at the same time the Chrysler PT Cruiser, Nissan Cube or Fiat Multipla could have the most exquisite reputation for being an excellent car for whatever a user needs, hell will freeze over before I buy any of them! |

Price probably plays a part to don’t forget Newport is still a council bus company they already have around 46 e10/12s plus 4 electric yutong coaches and have yutong coaches on order for flixbus work mind you the 2 ex demos they have are always in the work shop |
