Same with 96 yest I will be reporting it not good if switched off Quite funny, When i was on 208 or 314 in the evening, it was turn off with two dot in the corner show. However, again traveling on 208 or 314 , all turn on all the time. I bet bus drivers being told off for being turn ibus off!

I had my first taste of ibus yesterday, I quite enjoyed it! Must have sent around 100 messages to the passengers, just to keep them entertained ;D ;D ;D A slightly humourous account of my experiences and the failings of the system can be read on my blog: busdriver.typepad.com/What happened to ur website, it seem down! r u coming back with it or never ever? yeah I want to know that too

What happened to ur website, it seem down! r u coming back with it or never ever? yeah I want to know that too I closed it! A bus driver in Torquay was sacked by Stagecoach for his blog, and I didn't want to take any chances! Employers can get a bit funny about some things.

On 76 there is a stop that used to be called "Waterloo Station/Waterloo Road". Now the same stop is called "Lancaster Place". Why is that?

I would have thought they are different stops as Lancaster Place is by Aldwych. On 76 there is a stop that used to be called "Waterloo Station/Waterloo Road". Now the same stop is called "Lancaster Place". Why is that?

The nearest 'Lancaster Place' to Waterloo Station is in the WC2 postcode area, on the OTHER side of the River Thames. There IS a Lancaster STREET in SE1, but that runs between Webber Street and Borough Road, and nowhere comes into Waterloo Road.

Yes I'm sure (although I'm just a tourist in London ) You can see for yourself as I made video's of it. In March '08 I made this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkzbctxhIRE in which I-bus announced Waterloo Station/Waterloo Road. 2 weeks (dec. '08)ago I made this one: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1F94rHpVTBEYou can see the same bridge, the London Eye on the left, the same traffic signs, the same tunnel at the end of the bridge, etc. Only now it's called Lancaster Place..?? Is it possible the I-bus in March '08 was making a mistake since it had already left Waterloo Station? Therefore my march '08 vid is a unique one?

The December video is correct, having viewed your March video it looks like the iBus was playing up, as it sounded like she announced County Hall at the start of the video and then when you went up to the iBus display it looked like it was switched off

At the start she says "Tottenham Town Hall" (I think) although the front display on the bus says Tottenham Swan or something like that. I'm not sure though... So no I-bus change after all, just some kind of defect then. I'm sorry.

I was on the 73 yesterday and there's one annoucement that I've never heard before. Just as it announces 'Beresford Road' (the stop after Newington Green), it adds 'Alight here for Canonbury station). I pass this stop very often on the 341 and this annoucement doesn't come up at all.

There seems to be a similar problem, the Transdev 57s and 131s announce "Alight for Tooting St George's Hospital" but I've yet to hear this done on a LG 219.
