Question for those of you driving iBus buses. which driver activated announcements do you think are the most useful? the list of them seems very long, if you could pick only one or two which would you pick? do you think they should get rid of some of them so you don't have to scroll through to get the one you want?

Heard the move down the bus on the W5 which was very useful as it was so busy. Any others anybody wants to comment on - I believe they are being reviewed so here is your chance.

I also heard for the first time this morning Move down the bus as well as turn sterios down, no standing on the upper deck and this bus will stand here shortly to comply with timetable, or something like that.
The driver was pressing eveery button he had at his disposal this morning.

Can't remember the actual wording, but there's one announcement about not being able to open doors other than at bus stops. Heard it on a 19 while stuck in traffic going to Piccadilly Circus. One woman kept pressing the bell so when this was played it really wound her up ;D

A useful one I heared on the 333 is "The next stop is closed" - this means the bus stop is not in use and the driver is not allowed to let passengers off.

The actual wording is, "Passengers are unable to alight at the next stop." Still dosen't stop them trying etbbv, I like it ;D I actually used the intercom on my N89 on Friday night to say that (well I couldn't use the iBus as I had it switched off ) well my actual words were, whoever's smoking puff upstairs could you put it out, otherwise I will flash the Police car in front, surprisingly the smell went away ;D they was obviously at the back of the top deck as there was no Police car in front of me

Still dosen't stop them trying I would like to see them try at that 333 stop, the they would have to climb a couple of fences to get from the bus to the pavement!

I always play "Please keep all your personal belongings with you at all times", "Take your litter with you when leave the bus" oh and "For everyones security please inform the driver of anything suspicious". That announcement always gets my passengers attention .

I think the driver purposely played the message too soon, must've been his last trip. ;D
