According to some info posted on Facebook by a reliable source, some interesting movements are about to take place between MB and SI in order to make the 135 fully Euro VI compliant.... EH14 MB > SI EH15 MB > SI 968 SI > MB 969 SI > MB

EH14 MB > SI EH15 MB > SI 968 SI > MB 969 SI > MB Thats interesting I always thought they would take two EHs from the RR batch. Those Scanias haven't been treated great at SI so hope they get replaced fairly soon after transferring to MB.

You could always name the group that you got the info from as the owner of the Go Ahead London Enthusiasts Group I dont mind

EH14 MB > SI EH15 MB > SI 968 SI > MB 969 SI > MB I presume EH14/15 have already been converted then. What an interesting transfer, certainly didn’t see that one coming. I was convinced it would be two EH MMCs as I’m sure nearly everyone was.

I would have thought it would be Volvo Hybrids, as the 135 already uses those and the dash is going to be far more similar to the EHVs.

I would have thought it would be Volvo Hybrids, as the 135 already uses those and the dash is going to be far more similar to the EHVs. However the fact that EH131 transferred to SI to run the 135 for a few days and never got subbed due to someone not being correctly type trained I think gave away that the different controls weren’t much of an issue. I would have thought all RR and SI staff would be type trained on all vehicles between the two garages to make loans as flexible as possible (seeing as the two run near enough as one garage), so then for example a 115 EH or 147 E could run on the 135 or D7 with no issues. That is speculation though.

And E45, E48 Northumberland Park > Bexleyheath About 9/10 are at BX so buses can have receive Euro 6 upgrades, once that is done, my guess is they will be scattered at garages for school routes and some may go to SI to replace the last 3 Scanias a the garage, alternatively some may be withdrawn too.

Yes - have seen E49 back there too but not yet in service 🙂 May as well formalise it : E49 Northumberland Park > Bexleyheath.
