I am guessing the Scanias being sent are to replace Tridents? There is no other reason for them going. Unless they are back filling temporarily for the temporary transfers of the 123**s to BW That's what I was thinking - 2 in with 2 of the 123* series out to BW so far?

I am guessing WH held back some ex 262 /473 Scanias to allow these transfers into PD otherwise they will be short for the 97. Yes, roughly 5 Scanias were held back whilst the rest were disposed off - I did wonder why these 5 or so survived when the latest fleet list appeared a couple of weeks ago.

That’ll be a loan no doubt. Someone mentioned it was to sub off a SD on the 388, which is a very valid point I didn’t think about. I got a blind change, and they seem to have pretty much all CTplus DD routes

I got a blind change, and they seem to have pretty much all CTplus DD routes I feel like with the upcoming PVR increase of the 388 and the 20 still needing 2 more buses that a batch of City’s should be ordered so that they have the required amount plus a few spares as HEA1 alone really isn’t enough.

The 388 gets a temporary PVR cut in June so will help in the short term. I don't think CT Plus will invest in brand new buses for spares but could be wrong.
