VMH2558 VMH2559 HT/KC>PA + DEM1918 PB>HT All the transferred VMHs appear to be on the 297, I wonder if they plan on replacing all of the SELs. SEL750 is withdrawn on Vehicle Finder get them while you can!

I already said that 2 posts previous - It is now with a company called Callinan Coaches, seemingly sold through Ensign according to the BUSES Magazine.

I don't think the others are transfers to PB but I could be wrong. it looks like ENS3 is permanent it ran on the 382

I always get the impression they have a large surplus stock of buses so was surprised when I read about some moving to PB,

They was originally loans until the 393 got it's new stock then the ENS's would have gone to TH as refurb floats. would be nice if they was kept they could replace the DEMs some which I saw earlier was in a bit of a state

I always get the impression they have a large surplus stock of buses so was surprised when I read about some moving to PB, They will have surplus of regular size DEs soon, but they are limited on the DEM size buses, so maybe they have decided to keep a few as spares for now. The BUSES magazine has stated new correct size buses for the 393 will arrive in October, so that should allow DEMs to move back to PB then, and maybe the ex First versions (DEM1912-1918) withdrawn.

The ex First ones may go by themselves when the 393 gains new buses. With the ENS, it may turn into a situation like OS68 where a few are kept (In this case ENS3/8/10, as they have been reported as transferred to PB). The ironic thing about ENS3 currently being on the 382, is that like the 393 it is also an ex Arriva route.

I wonder if those ENS parked up at PB (funnily enough, I didn’t go around the back this year) are actually heading back to Arriva as the 393 has more than enough buses when you add in the DEM and the other ENS together at HT. The 234 & 491 are both fully DE allocated and hopefully stay that way more so in the case of the 234 as 491 would of eventually lost its small DEM allocation anyway. Once refurbs are over, they could withdraw three of the ex First DEM’s straight away and then the rest once the 393 received its new buses as you mentioned.

There's also the possibility of the 384 consultation changes taking place, in which case the 384 was proposed to gain longer vehicles.
