Disappointing to see small E200s being used on the busy DLR Beckton rail replacement service.
At least the 474 has a useful purpose picking up lots of passengers from Canning Town towards Beckton!

Not sure how new this is but buses on the DLR Beckton service now stand at Gallions Reach retail park.
I only noticed this week buses now run to Gallions Reach Via Beckton. I assume this is to save stand space at Beckton bus station.

Did anyone know about this 'ghost' RR bus between West Ealing and West Ruislip that runs once a week? Read article on BBC site today.

Note: UL48 is supposed to stop at Pontoon Dock and West Silvertown stations but the duty cards provided to the drivers are not instructing the drivers to do so, meaning it is essentially an express route as shown below but some drivers may call at the previously mentioned stops.

There is normally always an express service non stop service to London City Airport and this usually only runs a limited service whilst the airport is open. Other passengers would use the all stops UL61. I am not sure why they would suddenly make the airport service stop at Pontoon Dock and West Silvertown? Most local passengers along this corridor tend to end up using the 330 and the DLR replacement services can be very hit and miss its the same on the Beckton line where local buses become much busier.

UL48 usually does and was scheduled to do so 2 weeks ago

Don't know the reason, but I've just received an email as I'm working on this tomorrow and it states that the City Airport buses now serve all stations en route. I believe this change was requested by TfL on the latest award

I know I've said this before but I'm glad for you posting this. I get half an idea of what rail disruption there over there is over the weekends and a full picture of rail replacement services running. On Sunday I had a nightmare trying to get to Dalston for some late night jazz; my journey took an hour longer than usual due to inaccurate information advertised by TfL regarding trains running from Stratford and Whitechapel when it wasn't the case. When I see your posts typically on a Friday night, I know it's official and trustworthy. Once again thank you, I'm very appreciative of these posts. (P.S, I'll keep an eye out for Abellio's Electroliners this weekend! )
