Do the LTs on the 176 mean that conventional buses on the 12 will be very unlikely? I'd actually expect more of a mix on both routes you was right! just after posting this EH42 has made it out on the route what a coincidence 😂

Where is your source to say Go Ahead want to loose these stops? quote author=" cl54 " source="/post/490123/thread" timestamp="1553975121"]Started waiting for a 386 in Powis Street, Woolwich at 18:03 tonight. The stop is outside what was Woolwich County Court but is now The Mountain Of Fire And Miracles Ministires. LVF suggested the next bus was due at 18:05 followed by buses at 18:27 and 18:47. SEN 16 was the bus due at 18:05. It got later and later and then the miracle occurred. It disappeared just after 18:25. SE 13 was the bus due at 18:27. Surprise surprise it didn't arrive on time. It finally turned up seven minutes later. This seems to happen every day. It could well be a combination of the controllers re-routeing buses to avoid the first 4 stops on the route and drivers running late to get a turn. Go Ahead want the loss of the first 4 stops to be made permanent. In the meantime they are taking the money to run the full route and aren't performing. They have already shown new route cards to the drivers. Stand outside old covered market and return via Woolwich New Road to Vincent Road. Will make remote log in easier. TfL forgot to include this in the Crossrail SE consultation. Now supposed to published later in the year,

I'd actually expect more of a mix on both routes Interesting. I was just thinking that if Q was short of LTs they would use ones off the 176 to be put on the 12. I would think the 12 will have priority for LT's, the 176 is always going to be a part allocation.

Happy to be correct here but I believe the DOEs that A have are euro 6 compliant as they need to be for putney high street. So couldn't the N155 have stayed at A?

Happy to be correct here but I believe the DOEs that A have are euro 6 compliant as they need to be for putney high street. So couldn't the N155 have stayed at A? Although it's been answered, here is a little further info: The Central London ULEZ which starts next Monday requires all TfL routes to be operated using hybrids, electrics or hydrogen buses and they must meet Euro VI emissions as well. This is why a number of night routes are transferring garage in order to gain a hybrid allocation, why the 135 is gaining two hybrids from MB in exchange for two Scanias in order for a full hybrid allocation and why the 25 converted to WH class Streetdecks mid contract. After Monday, only four single decker routes will continue with diesels in the Central London ULEZ until their electric buses arrive further down the line - the routes being the 100, 214, C10 & P5. Putney High Street is a green bus corridor and these require all TfL buses to meet Euro VI emissions but they don't need to be hybrid, electric or hydrogen to be compliant.

This was early December when TfL removed the 386 e tiles from the 4 stops in error.

I think it likely beaver14uk knows what he is talking about : he was a big cheese in Go Ahead - I believe now (do correct me if I’m wrong) he’s somewhere big in TfL buses.

I noticed that the 51 stop in Hare Street has now been marked out as a bus stand, with the 51, 99 and 386 all stopping together outside what was Peacocks. Has this been like this long? I imagine that is a recent change? When I did the 99 at the beginning of March that stop was stil a Bus Stop.

Greenwich Council has done a consultation exercise on plans that would see buses removed from Hare Street and the end of Powis Street.

A reliable source has said that the Es at PM will have their power blinds reprogrammed so that they cannot be selected to routes that enter the ULEZ. Presumably most other depots will blind restrict their respective buses.
