Those early enviros do seem to do that, when Bromley had the 58 plates some did this and the engineer said it was worn engine mountings. As I said earlier in the thread Plumstead had the same problem. These are 11 plates. Pre WTA spec are more prone to having that issue from my obs but it’s not exclusive to them - those SEN’s were built pre WTA spec.

Nevertheless it should not be holding a ULEZ Compliant sticker, it is incorrect, they may only be a Euro 6 Diesel this means they are not to be ran in the ULEZ. What about the ULEZ expansion next year? I'm not sure I grasp why the ULEZ expansion is relevant to a WVN holding a ULEZ Compliant sticker - Only EURO 6 HYBRIDS can be used in ULEZ.

When did WVN41 enter the ULEZ? It didn’t, I was on it on the 131 and saw a green “ULEZ compliment” sticker, I was a bit confused. Last time I remembered, B9TLs couldn’t be upgraded to Euro VI Hybrid... If it has the sticker, then it’s upgraded to Euro VI emissions. The emissions upgrades do not upgrade buses to hybrids - they upgrade their emissions to Euro VI. Any bus can be upgraded, it just depends on certain factors. You could convert a bus from diesel to hybrid but I imagine it would be very expensive and not worth it in the long run.

Because the ULEZ will be expanding London wide next year the 131 will be inside the ULEZ expansions. The ULEZ expansion requires that buses both diesel and hybrids are Euro 6. Don't you think that the sticker will be relevant to ULEZ expansion. As for the main ULEZ what happens when a garage has no choice but to put a euro 6 diesel on a route that the ULEZ zone? Yes the main ULEZ requires buses that euro 6 hybrids can only enter but under a certain circumstances a Euro 6 diesels can also enter the main ULEZ.

It's up to the operator to make sure they do have enough hybrids available which is why they aren't appearing on routes like the 321 and 337 as much as they used to do.

So even though they are trying to run a service and they have no choice but to put a diesel on route that enters the ULEZ they will get fined. How do you that they will get fined?
