If retained, what will happen to the 108 citaros next tender? Most likely sold on - upgrading them to Euro VI emissions would be too expensive.

Are the 11 reg SEs on the 100 allowed in ULEZ? Saw SE91 running empty across London Bridge yesterday evening and thought it odd. But if so, why?
I assumed that the 14 regs were somewhat exempt. Then again, the 214 uses 11 reg DEs.

Rode MBK1 on the 227 instead of the streetlites, as much as i loved the 227 citaros, MBK1 is on another level of devastating acceleration. Much quicker than any bus on road or i've ever been on. Have they been suped up or? More power than stated under the bonnet?

Had to go into SW bus garage to retrieve a lost property item. Very interesting note about a garage move. One I certainly wasn't expecting I'm in two minds of putting it on here as obviously I don't work for SW but when it's announced I'm sure you would be just as surprised as me.

All single deckers are exempt from the Central London ULEZ providing they meet Euro VI emissions - I believe this exemption will go once the final single decker route loses its diesel buses. The P5's 11 reg SE's were upgraded to Euro VI in advance of the Central London ULEZ.

In the case of the 108 TfL had no choice but to finance an upgrade anyway, given they awarded the contract on the basis of using Citaros until at least 2021. Even if the Lewisham LEBZ hadn't intervened they'd have had to upgrade before October 2020. I assume the 203 Citaros are in a similar position. Of course if the upgrades had been too expensive TfL could have chosen to finance new buses instead.

The note said Book your slot for route learning for (insert said route) now. so didn't directly say route was moving but adding two and two together I take that to mean the route will be moving there.
