GAL only had one? LU had the other one I hadn't realised there were two, I was thinking of the one that was at SI and made appearances on the 425 474 and D7 Go-Ahead had two - the first was delivered to AL IIRC but didn't see service due to being overweight and so was moved onto a provincial company where it was subsequently deroofed. The second one was the one that ended up at SI Learn something new everyday lol

EL3 has had LT911,912,913 and recent transfers of LT452 and 453 (All Red) today. I wonder why this route is chosen to have the non branded buses? A guess would be this route has the most stops that are not branded for the ELT routes.
And yes I know LT452 is a advert bus but you get the idea
Might just be how allocations worked out today!

This thing happens pretty much all the time and I see a non-ELT branded LT on the EL3 almost every time I am near/on along the EL3 route.

It has been asked several times on here what happens when a double decker on the 286 gets to Queen Mary's Hospital in Sidcup. Was there today. It stands on the stop in the parallel road a very short distance from the normal stand. There is a large and low branch on a tree by the normal stand. They miss the first two stops and circumnavigate the Frognal roundabout and start from the stop on Chislehurst Road. The company has to pay the mileage for it, its not ideal but prevents damage by any low tree branches occurring.

MBK1 has been withdrawn from service, just seen a photo of it on Facebook at MB decommissioned. EvoBus have apparently now sold it too

Ex Metrobus 563 and 564 have been sold by Go-North East to Alpha Recovery, Weetslade for scrap following component recovery. Real shame to see these head for the big bus garage in the sky when they could have seen some use. I also had 564 on it's final day carrying passengers on route 293's final day at Metrobus, as with 567. 566 is still under a SORN so they are still stripping this one out.

Last day of GoAhead London Central on 661 and 669 Stagecoach takes over from Monday
Does that mean 2 more of the old double decks finish today ?

WVL238-239 are due to follow shortly I believe but the ones at NP & RR still have no rough date as to when they go. WVL204 is a refurb float at C so is on borrowed time itself but could easily make its way back to NP after.

EN25 - 27 are allocated To the 669, the 56 reg E400s should all go when the remaining 59 reg WVLS return from AF as two remain. In all honesty, BX only need 2 56 reg E400s and they have around 3/4. I can see 2 of EN25-27 going to RR to replace the 2 Gemini 1s.
