WSDs randomly parked at the Garratt Lane/Tooting Broadway stop is nothing new but it feels like every day now there is a 44 sat there, usually with a driver inside waiting around for ages and sometimes just abandoned. Sometimes the 270 does the same in Mitcham but not as much and I can't think of any other route which does it as much as the 44, including nearby changeovers like the 280 or other SW routes.

One WSD was at The Mitre stop for ages yesterday as it was still there when we were on route back home

Rock Road has funded "60 battery-electric buses" "partly manufactured in the UK by Alexander Dennis" (ie BYDs not integrals) "that will be leased to The Go-Ahead Group and deployed on routes throughout London". The deal was signed between the 28th of March and the 8th of April. Up to a further 190 ZEBs are expected to be financed to operators in the UK. I believe they will be leased to Go Ahead for the duration of 1 contract with options to extend. Source 1 Source 2

Three Questions
What happens to the MECs when the 108 & 358 convert to EVs? No more in London?
What happens to the B9TLs at BX when the 89 converts to Hybrids?
How long are we blessed to have WVN23 on the 476 for (roughly)?

How long are we blessed to have WVN23 on the 476 for (roughly)? I’ll try answering the first two questions. 1) I believe some of the MEC are due to cover Fastrack until the electric buses arrive. 2) The 89’s official allocation is E400s, not B9TLs, so in theory, the answer to your question is ‘nothing’!

I'm not too clued up in that area. Are those B9TLs presently meant for the 486?

WVLs for route 486 & 51 + school routes. E400s for route 51 and 89. + school routes. I recon they'll keep the E400s over the WVLs though.

There are some ex Abellio vehicles that are in better condition than the Go Ahead & ex First buses. The mix may continue.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but EH39 was on the 78 around 4pm heading towards Liverpool Street at Tower Hill.
Looked very nice and was all new logo's up.
