Still be interesting to see if RATP was upgrade a large amount of SPs for the 71, 111, part 183, 281, H32 or weather a large sweep of new buses next year will simply oust them all before contract renewals on said routes. Can't see SPs carrying on for the new contracts of those routes.

Took a trip on the 419 from Richmond yesterday... DE20097 Front and side blinds: Mortlake iBus display: 419 to Hammersmith A piece of paper stuck to the drivers' screen: This bus terminates at Lonsdale Road - see photo attached Every 33 I saw today was showing Hammersmith. Castelnau or Hammersmith Bridge, North Side are not listed on the route record as curtailments so presume they don't have blinds.

Do you mean Abellio TF? Can’t recall much wrong with FWs. Last one they were ‘bad’ on was DPS 30692 which departed 9 months ago.

SPs are notorious for eating blinds

In the space of 10 minutes I saw 4 FW buses with either broken or incorrect blinds. Haven't notice the same problem with TF.

Can't see SPs carrying on for the new contracts of those routes. I wasn't suggesting that. I was wondering if a decision had been made yet on what you do with the SPs as they are all contracted into the 2020s with mid next year being the date that all buses must be Euro 6. The 71 and 281 have till 2021 on their contracts and the 65 (406), H32 will 2021-23 depending on extension and the 111 till 2022-24. There is also the H91 (79) aswell that will need upgrading before 2020.

On LVF, the 419s destination is just saying 'Northbound' and the other is obviously saying Richmond

I hope the new E200 MMCs for the 395 have a bigger wheelchair space because a woman was forced to place her push chair in the middle of aisle blocking both the aisle and the doors because a wheelchair was occurring the wheelchair space. What I want to know is why did the bus driver just let the woman with the pushchair leave the push chair in the middle of aisle. Shouldn’t be allowing that. The Doors have stickers which state emergency exit. The Front & Rear Doors are an emergency exits and the Isle should be clear. That is a trip hazard and if anything happens the driver is liable. Annoying thing is these people don’t like folding buggies. I’ve had people trying to get on and ask can they travel when the child isn’t even in the buggy! Answer is No Fold it! Then to get abuse for it.... If the child isn’t even in the buggy then clearly you don’t have even need the thing and are just lazy to fold it. Yes I agree the driver should not have allowed that but with regards the child not being in the buggy - you’ll have a lot more sympathy for that when you have children yourself. My daughter liked to walk as much as she could but being so young meant she got tired easily so when we took her out we always took the buggy as well. She would walk a lot but always asked for the buggy when she got tired. I’d much rather have the buggy and not need it than need it and not have it Wow! That’s really taken this thread off on a tangent! My apologies.....

This spec should have beeb introduced years ago. I couldn’t care less about two missing seats. A bus is full of seats anyways.

Are the SDEs on the 470 8.8m or 9.7m? Is possible for a 8.8m Enviro 200 MMC have dual doors?
