The final DXE entered service on H37 today, all now in use (assuming frequency cuts go ahead, and more are not ordered)

Space permitting, route 282 could be won and run from SO, near Northwood Hills. Route 482 used to be HH I believe. If RATP are clever, they could bid to run the 282 from AV and SO. Every bus which runs dead to SO could end at Mount Vernon Hospital and every bus which runs dead to AV could end at Ealing Hospital. If they were to put this in their bid surely they could have a cheap bid and make the route profitable Probably do the opposite, could become a logistical nightmare too if something goes wrong on that problematic route, split garages used to work in the past when there was a bit more money to spare but now as profit margins are thinner room for error is now the same. Two garages that are totally off route could end up costing big time.

Plenty of OVs still hanging around in the yard at NC Twickenham. ADH45001/2 are in the small shed being decommissioned too. They look in good condition - shame.
The two vantage VLPs still loiter there too. They look in great condition but presumably are now engine dead.
Plenty of the new DE trainers (DE20066-73?) in the yard too as well as DE20065 which was recently at AV and still has their blinds.
SPs 40163/4 are there too presumably about to go off lease as they were originally part of the 10/E3 batch which has now in the main departed.
SP40031 has transferred from AV to FW. AV must be tight on SPs now allocation wise or has the N9 transfer in some way released some perhaps from a maintenance perspective?

There are a small number of SPs which are out of use : SP 40062, 40102 (the London United painted one), 40110, 40186, Although 3 ADHs (45001, 2, 38) are withdrawn, another 6 also currently out of use : ADH 45015, 21, 22, 27, 33, 49 Plenty of DEs currently out of use (some now converted to trainers as you indicate) : DE 20018, 20, 26, 48, 49, 54, 62, 65-74, 77, 78, 82, 128

Probably just VOR, should be back soon though

What happened to ADH45001 and ADH45002 after they were withdrawn? Scrap? Or sent to Ensignbus?

It appears 4 of the Optare Tempo are being kept in service for time being, expected to be used on 203
Not sure how long it will last, but with 3 Citaros VOR, and no update (yet) on Richmond area changes which proposed a cut to H37 frequency in May, probably be retained until any H37 changes take place
The 4 still in use are OT 30201, 30204, 30205, 30209.
Now that new DXEs are all in service, should be no more DLE workings on H37

Did we ever get to the bottom of the reason the MCLs switched from the 203 to H37. I think it was something mechanical related but in general their reliability has waned after a strong initial 5 years.

The DLEs would fit in well with the DXEs, something like the 391 is currently doing, having 2 E200s until the cut.

Couldn't you find out why that switch of vehicles happened?

It’s devoid of logos but still in Red.

VH45313 and 45316 have made their first appearance today on the 65 Can confirm the use of the speed restriction. Don't see this working very well. I think makes more sense fully converting the 65 to speed intelligent buses. All that happened this afternoon was VH45316 was caught up by the SP behind it. Once overtook, it regained no ground at all and was running perpetually late.
