Hey all
I've seen a few new countdown clocks around London which are the ones with the yellow font and changing style. I've only seen two so far one based at Victoria and St John Street (Bus Stop P).

There are two along Brixton Hill, can not remember which ones but I would say between New Park Road and the Prison. Are the current displays being replaced?

The 'villa road' bus stop which is before brixton police station (on brixton road) has it as well. I guess all the stops on brixton road has changed. Anyway, apart from the colour and possibly the font, is there any other difference between this one and the old one?

I'm yet to see one, has anybody got a picture or able to get one? Basically, it looks the same as the old one, just the LED characters are orange/yellow I'm surprised that these new ones wouldn't be upgraded to real time. The real time info that Metrobus' Crawley operations & Brighton & Hove have at bus stops. Does anyone know if TfL are planning to introduce real time?

I was under the impression that the new countdown clocks will be real time, based off ibus calculations?

Has anyone seen the countdown Clocks in Birmingham? That's what you call a real countdown display.

I'm yet to see one, has anybody got a picture or able to get one? Exactly as vjaska has put it. Also the text is much brighter and the updates move a lot slower than the previous displays had done, which were seemingly fast. Leicester Square Station (stop J) also has the new display.

I must say the new countdowns look more intresting than the red ones.

I must say the new countdowns look more intresting than the red ones. Prefer the old ones simply due to the fact they update faster (when the times change if you know what I mean), but the text does look nicer in yellow than in red. At the end of the day as long as the displays are accurate to a certain degree (i.e no faults), it does not really bother me how they look.
