Route 358 to do normal route but go 227 way to Crystal Palace
Route 367 to not serve Shirley Oaks/Addiscombe to improve reliability, it done this routing pre 2005
320 to revert back to Bromley North - Biggin Hill and have the 208 doing Orpington - Lewisham at an increased frequency.
320 could then be single decked.
Just an idea but the 138 possibly doing Bromley North - AVI as the route is quite short at the moment
The 227 and 358 swap is a good idea, but the current routing for the 227 is high demand. If the 358 and 227 swapped routing then the 358 would need a service increase. Now Bromley - Orpington Section of the 358 the demand is not very high so buses would be carrying much as thin air from Orpington - Bromley if running at the 227 frequency. It would like how the 320 is. Biggin Hill - Bromley much as thin air. Catford - Bromley depends if the 208 has arrived before. If the 227 and 358 swapped and left at the current frequency then the 358 would be always full up with people and would need double deckers and of Course Shortlands Bridge has not made this possible ;D ;D ;D ;D.
208 at an increased frequency won't help as it is quite a long route. Imo the 208 and 261 should swap routings. The Bromley Common - Orpington Section of the 208 is not as high demand as Lewisham - Bromley. It would be easier for the 208 to run from Lewisham - PRH as a short route running every 6 minutes and the 261 Lewisham - Orpington every 12 Minutes using 18 buses.
Reverting the 320 to Single decker would be a bad idea becuase at certain times of the day the 320 is packed with the Biggin Hill passengers especially on Saturday service.
