Why is it Sullivan always orders an awkward amount of double deckers? It orders 2 TEs from Metroline and replaces TN2 and a newer ELV rather than ELV6, ALX6 or TN1. Why is this? Why can't order like 10 to replace the old fleet? <iframe width="24.200000000000045" height="3.240000000000009" style="position: absolute; width: 24.200000000000045px; height: 3.240000000000009px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 15px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_71108000" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="24.200000000000045" height="3.240000000000009" style="position: absolute; width: 24.2px; height: 3.24px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1149px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_48182709" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="24.200000000000045" height="3.240000000000009" style="position: absolute; width: 24.2px; height: 3.24px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 102px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_11611805" scrolling="no"></iframe> <iframe width="24.200000000000045" height="3.240000000000009" style="position: absolute; width: 24.2px; height: 3.24px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1149px; top: 102px;" id="MoatPxIOPT1_93928153" scrolling="no"></iframe> Economics, pure and simple. Welcome to the real world of bus operation outside the rarified London/TfL Bubble.

Newly acquired AE9 (Formerly GAL SE44) has been repainted in an unusual green livery (reminiscent of the old Greenline livery), saw it working on route 306 in Borehamwood today. Saw another AE that was still in GAL livery (with the black skirt).

How big is Sullivan Buses Thorpe Park Garage? Could any TfL route be operated from it? Does it have space for TfL route?

I don't think its so much a garage but rather a small patch of land where the buses are parked during the open season. I imagine the buses are sent back to SM when the theme park is closed during the winter months.

Do those green E200s have an ETM or iBus? Or has it been removed?

Do those green E200s have an ETM or iBus? Or has it been removed? They are non-London buses now, so no iBus. I'm sure they have an ETM of some sort - they won't be issuing tickets manually - but not a TfL one.

Besides they are 2006, so would be too old to redeploy on London work, I believe the only reason TPL926/927 are still on TfL work is because of them being Euro VI floats for the DS.

No way its for the 640 - For a start the 640 was stated to be getting 2011 buses in the tender notes and also it mentions Euro V buses upgraded to Euro VI emission standards, and these are Euro IV currently, not Euro V. Also on Sullivans own website it says these are for commercial work, and that they have replaced TN2 and ELV5.
