Looks like they will be leased judging by the Mistral style interior.

I thought they would have been the new design.

Erghh... Default interior. Oh well, so be it I'd imagine these will be the last old-school E200s ever in London. Here's to five (and hopefully seven) successful years for Unō!

First day of service, it went as predicted. Alright. University of Hertfordshire's spin-off company somehow ending up running TfL routes, finally Here is one in service at High Barnet - www.flickr.com/photos/wltmauc/19995644112The driver's ID is predictably the staff ID for University of Hertfordshire. Not much pink, except for small pink folders today.

Surprised to see the revised 614/644 timetable introduces an hourly Saturday service beyond Queensbury to Wembley Park. That's better than the MF service. Might have to have a ride on that at some point.

The UNO driver on 601 (the bus not the route) today was one of the kindest and most cheerful bus drivers I've seen. Everyone who boarded got a good afternoon and a thank you and he was happy to ask where people wanted to get off along the hail & ride sections. The only person who didn't get this lovely treatment was the idiot who parked in a bus stop bay - thankfully, a traffic warden was on hand to give him a ticket but the driver told him politely where to take his car.

Think I've had the same driver on the 383. He was very courteous (similar to what you mentioned), drove very well and he was pleased to tell passengers on the 383 that this was "their new bus" something a few passengers seemed pleased about.

Whenever I've used Uno routes (which isn't that often to be fair) the drivers have always been very polite and friendly

Was he South African or Australian sounding as if so, then we probably had the same driver lol.

Nice to know there are even more courteous drivers at Uno.
