TfL have said delays in the Muswell Hill area - certainly gaps on the 43 and 134. 144 not going up the Hill - terminating at the bottom (just cleared apparently).
U4 diverted away from Prologis Park end of route. K4 diverted away from Merrick Rd estate. 404 was apparently not serving some side roads in Coulsdon.
Looks like the Watford - Euston and North London line Overground services have collapsed in a heap.
We've had some snow in East London but it's not snowing very heavily.

The Overground is delayed due to power failures caused by our friend, the snow!

At the end of the day people can have a go and say bus drivers are lazy a little bit of snow and they stop but if drivers run the service and crashed and caused injury the same people who would complain theres no service would say they shouldn't be on the roads and have a go that way. Personally if a bus driver pulled over and said I'm not willing to continue I think its unsafe I respect there decision as its there licence and job at risk if something really bad happens. Exactly. Safety must come first. In last years snow, a controller from another company was I believe killed by one of our PVLs that slid on a rail replacement job in Kent, squashing him between two buses.. It wasn't the drivers fault, but as you may expect they were very upset, let alone the family of the man killed. Not worth the risk. Not to disbelieve you but I thought it was a good samaritan who was attempting to assist and they wasn't killed just badly injured.

Snowing lightly over here. About 3 hours ago it had stopped briefly but started again not long after.
On BBC weather about a couple of hours ago (the kind you get every 30 minutes on the BBC News channel) they showed the places where it snowed the most and it said that Northolt had 7cm of snow, the only place in the list that was in London.

The snow here in Thornton Heath/Norbury is around 6cm I'd say, so not too far off the 7cm in Northolt. Melfort Road hasn't been gritted, so a lot of 'route 50 DW skidding action' is currently taking place!

I did see a car slide into another car near my school while both were parking our car hasn't been touched today.

Snow had petered out a little to very light in Tottenham, but has not really stopped since this morning... there seem to be pulses of heavy flurries, but it's quite breezy... Apparently Sunday's going to be bad for most of London, especially the eastern half but the buses are running okay

Snow was pretty heavy around 11am which meant that we were sent home by 2pm. The worst part of snow is kids throwing snowballs at buses..... Had someone throw a snowball at the assault screen of ADE2 just as the doors were closing It would have hit the driver in the face if the screen wasn't there. The passenger in the seat behind also very nearly got hit. Driver seemed to end up in shock after that. He pulled out only to have someone lob one at an upstairs window. Was lucky that I wasn't in the seat behind the driver.

The 'kids' of Slade Green were throwing them but with stones in the middle Whilst on the way home in my car I noticed an engineer (Mario for slr) coming through North Heath in a SE and he was getting bombarded by the Erith School kids who had just got out.
