Loads of rumors going around the garage at the moment. I think it makes sense for go ahead to buy DM, close BE and SI and transfer everything to DM. But thats just a guess. If anything like that happens the 20 should move to NP. SI should still remain open with its current routes and the 300 to return to SI once 425 has left. Closing garages could result in redundancies. But this would reduce BE PVR by 19 would then hardly be worth moving.....

If we go by what the Fantasy game website has, LI has capacity for 210 buses. I will include Routes 425 and N550/N551 as they are due to go to LI this summer. These are the PVRs for all day routes: Route 25 - PVR 59 Route 26 - PVR 17 Route 30 - PVR 23 Route 58 - PVR 16 Route 236 - PVR 15 Route 308 - PVR 9 Route 339 - PVR 6 Route 425 - PVR 9 Route RV1 - PVR 8 Route W14 - PVR 10 Route W15 - PVR 21 This gives LI a total PVR of 193 during the day, however we need to factor all the night work in: Route 25 - PVR 29 Route N26 - PVR 8 Route N550 - PVR 5 Route N551 - PVR 6 LI has a total PVR of 48 during the night. We subtract 193 from 48 and this gives us 145 spaces. That means there are still about 65 spaces free. From what I could see, I dont think all of the DM network that will be left over following the losses will be able to fit inside LI.

David21 Travel Limited has confirmed the purchase of First London. Specualation over!
The ceo stated ' we are very happy to have tied this deal down and put an end to all the speculation regarding the former First London Garages. Although its sad to see a fellow operator depart, we believe that with our already proven service in the London market, we can make up for the loss and provide our rich customers with an impeccable service and leave the poor to struggle for a seat'
I for one is very happy about this!

I've heard a rumor that Stagecoach are buying Dagenham and maybe one or two more in the east end and all of the other First garages are being sold to Metroline apart the Lee Vally garage because of the hydrogen base and I'm guessing they are keeping that because of contractual reasons due to the hydrogen testing. At this time, it has yet to be confirmed that Metroline are buying up the western side of First London & the same for Stagecoach in the east. Warm. ;D

That requires going along the A12 and if that has issues then indeed you are in trouble.
