575 is still with BE iirc Hope the 265 doesn't get withdrawn, It's a awesome route to do on a TNA if you ever get the chance to the full length ;D It's now at Northumberland Park apparently. Yes it is but for some reason my post was doubted Route 575 is run off a School bus contract I believe but not 100%

The 25% applies per O-Licence. Go Ahead could buy out both Garages. TFL would not allow it. Sorry, I don't quite get what you mean. Bascially the O-License is the Operators License. Each of these as an individual could run up to 25% of the TFL Market. Not the Go Ahead company as a whole. Blue Triangle Docklands Buses London Central London General Metroline is currently the Largest Operator in London (Not Company)

So you are saying that TfL's competition rules allow Go-Ahead to run 100% of services - lmao!

Go Ahead is counted as the group, not as an individual O license so as 'mredd' stated, one garage will most likely take them up to the magic mark of 25 seeing as they are just over 23% currently.
Otherwise, what's the point of the 25% rule in the first place.

Not sure what the motivation was for that, fairly hefty dead mileage. That's why I doubted it. Apologies wh541 I assume that some of the older PVLs have transferred to NP then as that's what is usual on there?

It seems a better idea as the first and last buses start and finish at Harlow/Epping and that's nearer to the NP then rainham.

Not per company, now the O-Licence is what is shown when the tender is awarded As far as I'm concerned. I'm getting fed up of reading comments on this 25% thing and no one evens knows how it officially works.

I did actually dig out the TfL review of bus contract tendering and posted about it in another thread. There is a section about the market share issue. tangytango.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general2&action=display&thread=7354Whether it solves the argument I can't say but it is the closest I have seen to an official explanation of the issue.

My post may have been disrespectful but that does not mean you have to go even lower like what a child would do. It's called being the bigger man. Which is what you should have done.

*parent hat on* metrobus, go stand in the corner and think about what you did. DLA180, say sorry to him or there will be no trip to Dagenham garage for anyone. ;D
