Arriva’s VLW128 was featured on Amazon Prime’s The Grand Tour as a shooting target what a way for a bus to go Just watched that episode of The Grand Tour earlier and it seems ex Arriva buses are somewhat popular with TV/Film productions as few of them have been used for Fast and Furious filming already
At least none of the presenters have managed to destroy VLW128 even Jeremy Clarkson (of which was using a different gun to Hammond and May)

Clearly didn't last long then sadly, remember having lots of journeys on that at GR, and it was worn out but was generally a good bus

One thing that is bothering me and a friend we travelled on Titan T1 during the last central line strike we are wondering dose it belong to stagecoach as it had some old posters with the logo and wich garage is it at? It belongs to Roger Wright of The London Bus Company - it was originally with Stagecoach East London and was part of their private hire arm until they closed it around 2006 when Roger Wright of Blue Triangle brought T1. When Blue Triangle was sold to Go-Ahead London, the heritage fleet along with the Y reg Caetano Nimbus Darts and two TPL's was kept by Roger Wright and he formed The London Bus Company.

Wich TPLs dose he have do they run? They're long gone now - he kept them initially but sold them on a few years later along with the Y reg Darts. The 2 Roger Wright’s London bus company retained were 924(PO51WNH then reregistered VLT110) and 928(PO51UGF). Both were sold onto JP Travel of Middleton who reregistered them PT51JPT and RT51JPT respectively before being sold on for scrap. The remaining 3 with Blue Triangle (925/926/927) passed onto Go Ahead London then Ensign bus&coach who sold 925 to Aintree Coachlines (reregistered W5ACL) and 926/927(EY03FNK/L) to Sullivan Buses. All 3 of these are still shown as licensed.

These were bought off Stagecoach in 2015, 3 years before Comfort Delgro actually bought NAT

I’m not sure if it’s already been mentioned. A bunch of ex stagecoach darts are up at the NEC in Birmingham in shuttle bus service. They are now painted in battleship grey. I only caught 34557 LX53LGO but there are about 8-10 that I saw parked up
