With the eleven new ADL Enviro400 Citys now in service from mid-December, Plymouth CityBus now seems to have retired its remaining ex-GoAhead London Plaxton President-bodied Volvos.
Torbay-based operator Dartmouth Rail-River Link (part of the Dartmouth Steam Railway & River Boat Company) still has a handful which mainly operate during the April-October season, their winter service between Paignton and Totnes is very limited and usually operated by a Mini-Pointer Dennis Dart.

Oakley's Coaches of Lee Moor, Devon now has a couple of ex-Metrobus East Lancs Esteem-bodied Alexander Dennis Darts, 261 (PN06 UYR) and 266 (PN06 UYW). These operate on Devon County Council contracted routes 55, 56 and 98 in the Yelverton area. 266 is pictured in the January 2020 edition of Buses magazine.

Ex HT/PB TE898 and 668 now with NAT Group I believe TE668/671/673/686/688/881/882/885/891/892/895-900 are all at NAT now. Looks like ComfortDelgro is making use of being able to transfer buses from the Metroline fleet to NAT. TE886-890 also looked to have remained within the ComfortDelgro group as they stayed at PB for the commercial fleet (Routes 84 & 242), would be nice to see them expand further on HCC work out of PB.

I wonder if anymore TEs will go to NAT Group there are some 57 reg TEs that haven't run for a little while mainly the HT ones the 57 reg could replace the 55 reg in the commercial fleet

The 55 reg TEs in the commercial fleet were already replaced with the buses I mentioned in the initial post (TE886-890) - with the former commercial fleet having done the following: TE665-667/670/671/677 sold to Ensign, TE668 to NAT and TE669 scrapped.

I only saw TE666 at Potters bar station at the PB open day They also have DES for the 305/PB1 - A few DELs may also still be knocking around, but I know a bunch of them went to NAT too. DES791/793/794/796/798/802 were all part of the commercial fleet, but it looks like only a few are hanging round judging by the fact that the only recent pictures I can find of them is DES798 in November 2019. Of course the PB1 is also about to receive an electric SD following its retain. Will be interesting to see if it gets the Metroline Hertfordshire colours DEL848-858 & DES794/798 received, as this will be the first new bus the commercial fleet has received since the DELs in 2008. Some DSDs also used to be part of the commercial fleet, but they were scrapped a few years ago, TPL241/249/273/274 & TP435/441 were apart of the fleet too, but got replaced in 2018 by the mentioned 55 reg TEs, which have now been replaced by the 08 regs (TE886-890). I'm hoping to see the commercial fleet expand with more HCC contracts gained, as other then Metroline, Comfort Delgro only have NAT in Wales and Westbus in West London.
