So while searching through the net, I went onto Flickr, and I realised it looks different. So the good bits: Rather than 200MB storage a month I now get 1TB storage. (that's about 300,000 photos) However: I had considered buying a Pro account, as it gives me unlimited storage, but the idiots at Yahoo have now got rid of it to new subscribers, but existing users can keep it. The only other upgrade plan is to double your storage to 2TB for a staggering $499 a year! Why people have to do this I have no bl***y idea! Rant Over

Presumably part of a strategy change, I like the new interface though.
$499/year? That's ridiculous - but then this is Yahoo, who have just been approved a $1.1bn acquisiton of Tumblr (!!).

It's a complete mess. It is hugely unpopular - over 80 pages of almost universally negative comments. I hate the new front page and the individual photo pages. If you have geotagged your photos you cannot see the map if you look at an individual photo. You cannot see, in an instant, what views / comments there are on any page of Flickr - you have to delve down to the individual photo. It is very difficult to see from anyone's home page what photos are newly loaded. If they do not change it back then I will be leaving and over 8,000 of my photos will disappear from view. This is from the same Yahoo that said they would not wreck Tumblr but on the very same day they wreck Flickr.

My iPad is very slowly loading the huge wall of photos you now get on every page.

The Flickr app on my iPhone remains the same at the moment, haven't seen it on my PC at the moment.
