Would this mean both the 34/102 will get a full allocation of new hybrids as rumours been going around that Arriva will be using the ex-Stagecoach Gemini 3s but I doubt it will even happen There is still the buses off the 48 that could provide existing buses on the part 34/102 via another route. 259? For Arriva to be considering purchasing ex-Stagecoach 13001-32 suggests they are seriously unsure of being allowed to keep LTs off route 48. An outcome I like is for routes 34 & 102 to use spare HVs including these ex-Stagecoach examples, then for LTs on route 48 to convert most of route 2, releasing its HVs for a bid to retain route 466. That’s the last thing the 2 needs especially as the - besides we already have 4 LT routes in Brixton which I think is way too much already and the HV’s are decent vehicles to ride on passenger wise

I take it you mean 415 - from memory, 4 LT’s are needed as it gained the 1 spare from the 3’s cut so should be up to 6 LT’s now allocated.

If 2402-9 are moving to BC for the 407, then 2402-6 will be able to go now five LTs at WL have been released for the 415. I wonder whether we’ll see a full conversion of the 415 to facilitate the transfer of the rest of the 61-reg at WL. It looks as if 2401 could be going to BC now, but I wonder if some LTs make make the long trip across Camberwell New Road to fully convert the 415 so that the last few 61-reg can leave WL for BC

I have a feeling the 259 could receive LTs (Ex 48 + 3 from other cuts) with the 259s HVs used on the 34.

Probably 332 will be the next to convert to LT? 1 or 2 of them are already cascading on it every day.

I don't think it will be but I think LTs appearing on other routes are going to start becoming a lot more common. Route 32, 5 and 176 have all had LTs in the pass despite not having a full allocation.

The 2 converting to LTs is out of the picture. I don't see the 466 personally getting HVs if it's retained, most likely DWs from the loss of the 106 and 230.

And X68 even if it was just a one off Similarly with the N155, which was said to be an unauthrorized allocation and was subsequent subbed on its way back from Morden.

EDIT: I meant 415 According to this month's LOTS the 159 will be getting daytime frequency reductions from this Saturday or early September¹, which could likely release enough LTs to fully convert the 415. ¹ - once schools are reopened

Is the 19 scheduled to convert to LT operation in October? Apparently yes but the route did fail a route test due to a tight turn onto Parkgate road.
