I thought it was the Heater Road stand that couldn't take the LTs when first tested. It was the left-hand from Battersea Bridge Road into Parkgate Road but I think the stop line on the westbound Parkgate Road has since been moved back which should enable the bus to better make that left turn without the need of reversing.

Interestingly london bus routes states that the 19 will fully convert to New Routemaster on the 25th April using buses from the 67. I wonder what's happening there. Frequency cut? Re converting to conventional buses or the current batch moving to the 19 with the 67 using a different batch. Didn't someone post in the past that the LT(please note correct type )had difficulties turning into Beaufort Street? The turn was a bit tight with the Metros but if you take it as wide as possible that would clear the curb and island quite easily. I'm guessing the LT may be able to just about do it?

I wonder if this means the 67s LTs will stay within Arriva and the 67 will get a new set of LTs sourced from within the GAL empire.

Wasn't the 19 due to get some of the LTs from 48 over the weekend? Seems no sign of any LTs on the route as yet...

I imagine the buses most likely are in the process of being transferred and reblinded. I'm sure they'll eventually appear on the 19 in due time.

Will they be the second LT route to be front boarding only I wonder

That would have been logical then 19 passengers wouldn't know any different.

School routes maybe for the leftover LTs not needed?

School routes maybe for the leftover LTs not needed? Could GAL get 2 for the 639 & 670? (Not sure if 639 as Southfields probably too tight) (Also not sure if the fit down Danebury Avenue, but they probably do)

I don't see there be a problem with Danebury Avenue but I'm pretty sure AF can't accommodate LTs.

Is there a problem with entering/exiting Chelverton Road? I'm sure I read a FOI request about failed LT routes and AF was mentioned as a problem. Here's the link. www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/failed_route_tests_for_the_new_r So 74 failed as Putney bus garage stand would be unsuitable for the day but not sure what exactly the problem would be. 22 and 14 failed for other reasons so that only leaves the 430,337 and school routes but I can't see those getting LTs but I guess anything can happen.

School routes maybe for the leftover LTs not needed? All will be needed - The 19 will take all the 48’s LT’s plus some of the 67’s LT’s.

That would have been logical then 19 passengers wouldn't know any different. Although could have caused some confusion between Angel and Hyde Park Corner where putners have a choice of a 19 or 38.

I'm sure all LT routes will become front boarding only, so good to keep the 19 front boarding only instead of changing it and then changing it back again.
