I like it - no TfL viability given hopper fare - but I like!

Possible route changes for Beam Park (and areas near it) once it is complete:
150 - Extended from Becontree Heath to Dagenham East, giving Dagenham East a new local service. Will now double-run Yew Tree Avenue area w/ 103 and 364 later on. Reason - Dagenham East is under-served at the moment, plus the 364 stand would be left unused (Some buses would still terminate at Becontree Heath w/ EL2).
174 - Re-routed to serve Beam Park Station, terminating on times when CEME is shut. Will continue to terminate at CEME. Reason - Beam Park would need a bus connection, so a connection to Romford via Dagenham won’t do harm, plus still terminates at Dagenham CEME.
287 - More frequent buses on the route, 24hr Weekend service, Re-routing via Goresbrook Road, plus a near connection to Barking and Rainham itself. Reason - A major change, but worth it, but the 24hr Weekend may take time to figure out, and Rainham main gets a new night route, linking with the 238/EL1/N15 for further connections.
348 - New route between Dagenham (ASDA (145 stand) or Scrattons Estate (former 953 stand)) and Hornchurch Town Centre (372 stand). Will serve Ballards Road, Rainham Road South, Rainham Road (A125 North), Wood Lane, Elm Park Station, Abbs Cross and Hornchurch Town Centre. Reason - A connection between Dagenham and Hornchurch would be neat, showing as Romford seems to be a big Havering hub, and would get users.
364 - Extended from Dagenham East to Beam Park via Ballards Road, New Road and Marsh Way. Will terminate at most times (possible short journeys to Dagenham East). Will now double-run Yew Tree Avenue w/ 103 and extended 150. Reason - I think it will get users, and a connection to Ilford.
365 - Will no longer serve New Road/Cherry Tree Lane. Instead will serve Orchard Village both directions and terminate at Beam Park. Reason - Beam Park gets another route to Romford, but through Elm Park and near Hornchurch, but very useful.
461: New Route between Ilford Hill/Roden Street and Beam Park via Hainault Street, South Park Drive, Upney Station, Ripple Road, New Road and Beam Park
I know all of these may not come true, especially both the 364 and 461, which would have to be one or the other, but those a plausible ideas, and I am welcome to feedback, so give opinions anytime.
To confirm the routes:
174: Dagenham CEME - Harold Hill 287: Barking - Rainham 348: Dagenham ASDA - Hornchurch 364: Ilford - Beam Park 365: Havering Park - Beam Park 461: Ilford - Beam Park

Route 374: New route running between Waterloo Station and Leytonstone Station. This route would run over route 381 to London Bridge, old route 40 to Aldgate, route 25 to Stratford Bus Station, Route 158 to Drapers Field, route 69 to Harrow Green and route 257 to Leytonstone.
Benefits of this route:
Creates new links between Waterloo and London Bridge and East London.
Gives Fenchurch Street a route and a more reliable route between Aldgate and London Bridge (people have noted many issues with the 343 extension)
Strengthens the Aldgate to Stratford corridor as the 25 and 205 can be rammed in peaks and also gives new links to the corridor.
I would then have a night route N374 running from Waterloo Station to Chingford Hatch.
Route N374 would take route 374 to Leytonstone, route 66 to Snaresbrook, route W12 to Whipps Cross, route 230 to Wood Street, route W16 to Hale End and route 275 to Friday Hill Roundabout before standing at the stop Hatch Lane.
This would create new night links into outer London from Waterloo and give Hale End, Chingford Hatch, Wood Street and Snaresbrook Village a night route for the entire week. This would run every 30 mins.
Leading to this new night route this would significantly overbus the Waterloo - London Bridge corridor. And as the N343 and N381s usage has dropped significantly, I think amendments must be made.
Route 343: First off, with how the route loses time leaving Aldgate Bus Station I think to maintain a reliable service it is cut to Tower Gateway. This would ensure the service doesn't get affected further down the route. Route 374 would be at hand for anyone requiring a London Bridge to Aldgate link.
Route N343: Withdrawn between Trafalgar Square & London Bridge and rerouted up to Liverpool Street via daytime route 343 to Tower Gateway and then up Route N551 to Wormwood Street and stand inside Liverpool Street Bus Station. This would create new night links to South London residents that are not already at hand with a possible further extension to Shoreditch and to maintain links at Liverpool Street, would be routed up the 78 to Shoreditch High Street Station.
Route N381: Withdrawn between Horse Guards & Waterloo Station and rerouted to Trafalgar Square via old route N343 to retain links to Trafalgar Square. No change made to daytime route 381.
The routes to confirm would be:
Route 343: Tower Gateway - New Cross Gate Route 374: Waterloo Station - Leytonstone Route N343: Liverpool Street/Shoreditch - New Cross Gate Route N374: Waterloo Station - Chingford Hatch Route N381: Trafalgar Square - Peckham
Thoughts?

A new route (Can’t be bothered to think of a number) Islington Angel Rosebery Avenue Holborn (Bloomsbury Way) Tottenham Court Road Oxford Circus Oxford Street Marble Arch Lancaster Gate Queensway Notting Hill Gate (Palace Garden Terrace) High Street Kensington Earl’s Court Road Earl’s Court Thoughts? I think that's a really good idea for a route as it would create an excellent link across Central London and I know I'd appreciate a route of that nature. Some on here would advocate simply cutting the 19 back to Holborn and rerouting it along your proposed routing instead to create the link you propose.

Re instate route 10 between Hammersmith and Kings Cross rerouted via Warren Street instead of Russel Square and then possibly an extension to Moorgate I think would be good if not too long.
so new route 10 between Hammersmith and Moorgate
then I’d withdraw route 23 instead and reroute 414 from Marble Arch to run to Westbourne Park via route 23
route 214 cut to Islington? doesnt seem to bad tbh

Reroute it to Wembley via Ladbroke Grove and route 18. To assist the 18 and provide new links. Withdraw the 414 and withdraw route 7 between Marble Arch and Oxford Circus and reroute it to Putney Bridge via route 414. Withdraw the 452 between Ladbroke Grove Sainsbury’s and Kensal Rise. Reroute it to Westbourne Park to replace the 23.

494: New route between King George Hospital and St. George’s Hospital via: 66 to Romford 365 to Roneo Corner 248 to Hornchurch 256 to St. George’s Hospital Pros: Allows direct bus access between three hospitals, King George Hospital, Queen’s Hospital and St. George’s Hospital Cons: Parallels a lot of current routes ================ 495: New route between Chadwell Heath and Harold Wood, via: 368 to Valence Avenue New section on Selinas Lane/Freshwater Road 173 to High Road 86 to Romford 496 to Gidea Park New section on Balgores Lane to Main Road 347 to Gallows Corner Tesco (New stand to be built) 497 to Harold Wood Pros: Allows for a pseudo replacement service for TfL Rail Part of the 497 is now filled with bus stops Cons: Most of the route parallels other routes 494 - St George's Hospital is no more and closed over ten years ago, and is now a building site for the new st George's Park estate, and has two buses that will serve it, 256 and 252. 495 -Selinas/ Freshwater Rd has a few houses at one end of it , where the 62 and 368 serve, the rest of the road goes through an industrial estate. I'd like to see Main Rd and Gidea Park Station linked via Balgores Lane, I'd suggest diverting the 498 to serve the Station , then return to Gallows Corner via 496 Upper Brentwood Rd. You seem to be suggesting another route from Gallows corner via 497 to Harold Wood via Kings Park, this is not needed, the 497 hasn't really taken off yet , I've been on it numerous times now and it doesn't seem to be well used at all in that section. From Gallows Corner to Harold Hill is a bit different, there is reasonably good patronage.

I noticed that on a video of someone filming the N8 people suggested it should be extended to Collier Row. I have a more local extension that I'd like to share:
The N8 in my opinion should be extended to Chigwell Row. It would follow Route 150 from The Lowe all the way to the termini. The N8 also towards Chigwell Row would continue to serve Kielder Close and the Lowe bus stops respectively.
What are your thoughts? This could be a good local extension however there would need to be a consultation.

Thanks bare in mind for anyone commenting that the service pattern would be (weekend) it would be: 6bph go from Oxford Circus to Stratford, with 3bph continuing to Hainault, The Lowe (via Kielder Close) with 1bph continuing to Chigwell Row meaning: 3bph going to Stratford only. 2ph going to Hainault, The Lowe via Kielder Close 1bph going to Chigwell Row via Kielder Close. During the week, it would be 3bph from Oxford Circus to Hainault, The Lowe (no shorts to Stratford) with 1bph continuing to Chigwell Row.
