Yep. We've got it on some of our E200s and there's no low bridge anywhere near our route

I think it actually means the low bridge warnings aren't working. System probably needing rebooted as I was mentioning earlier. The low bridge warning is audible as well. Really? it gets displayed under the clock on the left hand side when on the main screen. I've had it numerous times when im not even near a low bridge

I've had it numerous times when im not even near a low bridge this happens when the actual vehicle height isn't entered into the ibus mdt, usually done by London buses. If nothing is entered or data gone it shows this display and as a default would warn against any bridges that are above 3m iirc. Should be able to be done at garage level, however, some of them don't enter any height for single deck buses as it always isn't in the cab.

That in cab height marker is a legal requirement Really? it gets displayed under the clock on the left hand side when on the main screen. As I've said on here before, no replacement for the Mk1 Eyeball!

At pre 2004 it was never in the cab of many single deck buses, bar Wright bodied Cadet as it was taller than say an ALX200/ Plaxton Pointer so had the vehicle height warning sticker in the cab. You can still find it on some older buses on the vehicle chassis VIN plate.

The only thing I can find in relation to PSV height markers is a Network Rail document that tells me bus drivers commit an offence if they operate a vehicle without the overall height displayed though it doesn't reference the legislation.

Not just bus drivers. Any driver operating a high sided vehicle must have their full vehicle height displayed in the cab of the vehicle, and this must be printed (i e not hand written) and in a position to be easily viewed by the driver.
