I really can't decide between the Gemini 3 Old front end and the Alexander Dennis Enviro400 MMC, both buses are brilliant in their different ways, the ride of the Volvo is superior compared to the E400, but I am and always have been an big fan of the Enviro400 so I might abstain. Hence, I'm looking forward to the MMC B5LH which conbines the MMC body with B5LH smoothness
My rankings (including OmniCity and Gemini 2:)
Enviro400 B9TL/Gemini 2 Enviro400 MMC Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 (pre-redesign) Scania OmniCity NB4L Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 (post-redesign)

The redesigned Gemini3 & the NBfL are tied last as I can't decide which one I don't particularly like more. this made my day. Though I would say give me the Gemini 3 over that thing any day.

For me it's as follows: -Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 post-redesign (I take it you mean the Streetdeck) My ranking: 5. Hideous Streetdeck The new design is not called streetdeck unless it is a integral , if it is on the volvo B5TL or B5LH it is still called Gemini 3.

Have Wright redesigned the front end of the Gemini 3 to match the Streetdeck?, if so then that's just ridiculous.

Yes they have and this is what is confusing everyone. 1.Whether it is the old design or the new design it is called Gemini 3 if it is the B5TL or B5LH. 2.Whether it is the old design or the new design it is called streetdeck (integral) if it has the mercedes (Daimler) engine.

Ah ok I figured so, thanks for the clarification. Wright should've just kept the original front for the B5TL/B5LH Gemini 3, it suited the general design perfectly.

It isn't that bad at all, the original front is still better though. The only thing bugging me is the upper front windscreen, it could've been curved around to the side windows like the NB4L, enabling the blinds area to match the dimensions of the upper and lower windscreen in one straight column e.g. the Scania Olympus. Then IMO it would look perfect.

The NBfL is a beautiful, beautiful design. It's because of other reasons why I'm not a fan of these buses.
I agree with rmz19 - curved windows at the front would make the bus look better. You have the right idea, and it removes the Scania OmniDekka likeness !
The new Gemini 3 is just a wonky looking vehicle, which is a shame.

Wrightbus like to be extra like that... back in the day, they had Pulsar Gemini for Arriva DWs, but Eclipse Gemini for the VLWs... they looked identical as well...

I was quite a fan of the short-lived StreetDeck Max demonstrator that graced the W3 briefly last summer
