Do you know the code to change them? Many drivers don’t seem to know when I ask. I think the mobitec has been set up slightly differently Citaros use a different blind setup made by a different German company called Hanover, not Mobitec. To change the blinds, you select the route number and then type in the destination code. There will be a list in the cab somewhere of all the destination codes. Hanover is from Lewes in Sussex, formed in 1985 hanoverdisplays.com/about-us/It does sound German, like Hanover Square in London though

E168 on the 147 with no front number blind showing.
This batch of E400s are really struggling with faulty blinds seen one showing 674 and D7 on rear blinds are the weekend.

One of N's Ts (too far away to see) running with a blank (white) front destination blind on the 157. Really no excuse for this on a vehicle with manual blinds. I guess maybe there might be an issue with the mechanism.... but I see this far too much, especially on the 157.

You should see what goes on at DX then , Norwood are far better in terms of blinds compared to them.

Don’t even know what’s wrong with DX to be honest, I remember them having poorly maintained Ts and being worse than RR with blinds. Sad thing is they used to be a lot more organised in the very past...

Yeah the Ts are horrific now and the DWs are just awful buses, will be sad when the VLAs leave as despite the decline in the maintenance of other bus types they're still mostly in very good shape bar a few. As for blinds I don't know what on earth is going on now, as you said Blue Triangle where the term "Banditry" initially spawned from if I'm correct is now far better at dealing with blinds than what's going on at DX. Is a shame as just a few years ago DX were a wonderful garage.

I'd might as well take a trip down South to see what the blinds are like with the 157 buses , but I'd probably end up getting distracted with the lovely new Smart Hybrids on the 75 and the wonderful DOE's on the 154 with that upper deck front window on those buses .

I always found ledge at the front of the upper deck of the Olympus the perfect height for putting my feet up. I suppose that's the extent of luxury on a London bus

Wow ... never seen that and walk down South Norwood High Street most days ... and use 75/157 at least 4 times a week

417 drivers often don't change the side from via Croydon after the bus was on the 157 so side shows 417 via Croydon
