The following routes are allocated single door single deckers: 138, 146, 162, 192, 193, 223, 233, 273, 291, 315, 318, 322, 336, 346, 352, 354, 356, 367, 377, 379, 382, 383, 385, 404, 424, 434, 463, 464, 481, B13, B14, E5, E10, E11, G1, H2, H3, H20, H26, K1, K4, K5, R1, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, R10, R11, S3, S4, U9, W4, W5, W10, W12 plus any remaining mobility routes Feel free to correct or add any I've missed as I done it off the top of my head - remember the above list is routes that are allocated single door single deckers not which routes see those workings 462 đź–’ The most frequent one: 124

Personally I believe the 463 should convert to 9.3/9.6m buses. The route has been handled fine on many occasions with the 470's OPLs and of course by the DDs that run the school route. It's just that those Streetlites were readily available and cheaper than new buses so they were taken instead

For routes using single door buses at more then 9.0m buses its down to two routes, the B13 using 9.5m E200 MMCs and X26 using 12m Citaros, that maybe soon to reduce to the B13 only when the X26 goes decker. Plus the 291 which is allocated 9.4m Darts. 34377 - 34386 are still about and regularly seen on the 386.

It's just that those Streetlites were readily available and cheaper than new buses so they were taken instead It's more to do with that the new contract was specified for 8.9m/9.0m vehicles rather than a bunch of secondhand Streetlites being available.
