I found this via the latest Surface Transport MD's report. Olly O'Brien who does all sorts of whizzy things with data and maps has created the London Panopticon. It takes feeds from TfL's traffic cameras and groups then by location. You use the drop down menu to select a location and then the camera images refresh for that place. The camera images then update on a rolling basis. Very neat. You can pretend to run your own traffic control room. vis.oobrien.com/panopticon/
