Also I wonder if it's going back out with no tree bar as it's currently missing and they at looking to fill the holes.

Judging by that list it's either been in the wars or those Evoseti bodies are literally being shaken to pieces by London service. I am somewhat surprised a new bus needs quite that much work doing to it but, of course, I may be ignorant of the wear and tear vehicles endure. Exactly what I was thinking as I was looking at the list. It was waiting to go on the shaker plate when I was there, but as it's not even a year old the list is surprisingly long! This is more likely a rota check/clean then just defect card as it seems to go into more depth I would assume that ALL the vehicles will be going through similar checks at the same time frames this is for preventative maintenance as well as ensuring vehicles remain roadworthy. Similar checks are carried out for FFD (freedom from defect) tests

It's defects. Filling of holes, loose panels and hanging bumpers that need sorting aren't things that need checking hence the rectified section.
It's a defect list that needs sorting before it goes back on the road. Also it was displaying unfit cards.
