Apparently MHV19 has had its stay at Q extended to help fast track more hybrid refurbishments as Hants have had more slots open up due to the LT refurbishment coming to a slow. It's also the reason why there are extra Ees on the 57 temporarily as some of the WHVs at AL are off for refurbishment. I saw a picture of an EH that had just returned from the Trim with the old GAL logo, and I thought "EH?" Some of the MHVs on the 476 could do with a refurb like the EHVs. London Central buses look out of place in North London Oh boy, you start already. At least they are better than the crusty crap WVN's that were on the route over the past few years.

NS was officially wired up last night and from today, electrics will start appearing all day so bye bye 11 plate e400’s I would see it when I believe it. So far looking at LVF, less than 1/4 of the buses on the route a the moment are electric.

The stations have aged wonderfully. Always a delight to be in one. The bus stations, not so much. I must be the only person who really dislikes the underground stations on the extension, too dingy for my liking & too much grey in play as well. Give me the older stations elsewhere on the network or the two Northern Line extension stations instead. In fact, I'd prefer the three bus stations in all honesty I went in North Greenwich and now it does look very dark and dingy. It looked very modern back in 2000, but it is showing its age compared to the Elizabeth line stations. I agree the bus stations are good.

84120 has rear offside upperdeck glass with parcel tape used to secure it in place, this needs to be removed, not a good look.

I noticed that the Elizabeth line, finally has the automated announcement to say "this is an Elizabeth line service to.. Paddington, Abbey Wood etc" It used to say this is a tfl rail service, but that seems to have stopped around 2020 I find it very annoying to be honest, if you don't know that you are on the Elizabeth line you shouldn't be travelling Well, platforms where the train goes would have multiple lines. I.e. on the western part, sometimes between Stratford - Shenfield it may use the fast line tracks or in the evening at Stratford C2C uses its platform.

Customer service isn't their problem, that's down to TfL. I'm not defending it and I'd be pretty miffed if I was on board. Hang on that what was taken from their website ... Or are we trying to say their website is complete BS? They are the interface to the public, they provide the customer service, so how can it not be their problem. They are 100% responsible for the face to face customer service. They are the service provider. Another great quote "Our stakeholders expect from us good practices that contribute to the long term sustainability of the organisation and deliver the best possible service to our customers." That is probably generic BS for non London routes. It is no surprise they do not give a poo as their "REAL" customer is TfL

The S2 went all the way around the world I used to drive the S2 and after a couple of laps it was necessary to check the Duty Card after doing the Bromley By Bow loop to remind you which direction you were going in. That seems to happen with a few 144 drivers. It used to also happen with the W15 at Walthamstow Central and Leytonstone Station.

Why would there be a Switch van at HK though, unless there are vehicles being commissioned for service that's a different story. Maybe it's for the W5 MetroCities or other vehicles in storage? Initially, I thought all new vehicles were stored at LI due to the massive amount of space available.. It would be for parts or support. There are still Optare Solo's being operated out of Ash Grove. The van's etc would have had brand changing to the pathetic Switch name, but still Optare

38 is far more a headache than the 55. The 55 is easier in comparison! Surprised by that. I cant say from observations that the 38 is more disrupted or delayed than the 55 has been in the past year or so. Is it that it has more buses to manage, tighter EWT target to achieve or something? Just the very unpredictable nature of Shaftesbury Ave, Piccadilly and Hyde Park Corner. More hold ups tend to happen over that stretch, compared to Oxford St. Due to more buses on the 38 it can work in favour sometimes, downside is the margins are tighter.
